Part of this commitment is that all emails will be replied to within 1 business day. Postage and handling charges per 10/07 (subject to change) : • Any Puppy Kit or similar size item carries a flat fee of $12.50 per order. • Any small items, add $9.00 Postage & Handling for the first item • Postage will be according to Australia Post costs, and therefore will be size and weight dependant for all shipments. • Any multiple orders add Postage & Handling: 1 book/item add $9.00, 2 books/items add $12.00; 3 or more books/items add $15.00 • All material is shipped through Australia Post, and please allow up to one week for delivery within Australia . • Any increase in charges imposed by Australia Post will be passed on • Overseas shipments may incur additional costs and will be added separately to any quotation, which will be advised prior to proceeding. • All prices are inclusive of GST where applicable. Our 'satisfaction guarantee' provides for replacement of materials to the same value, or a voucher for later use to the same value, provided that materials are returned to us within 7 days from receipt in their complete original undamaged packaging. There is no refund for postage & handling at any time and all 'exchanges' are subject to conditions. Please call or email us if you are not totally happy with your purchase prior to returning the materials to us. Orders will be confirmed in writing and receipts issued for all payments made. ORDER BY FAX: Complete & print the order form including credit card details and fax to: K9Coach Pty Ltd, 03) 9889 8333 . Credit Card payment will be processed through PayPal and confirmed in writing with the receipt. ORDER THROUGH WEB: Access our Website http://www.k9coach.com.au and complete the order form on line. Pay through our secure payment gateway PayPal . ORDER BY TELEPHONE: Call, order and pay over the telephone. Have your payment details handy for easy processing (credit card payments are processed through PayPal secure payment gateway) Other Conditions: • All In-home sessions are pre-quoted and session fees are payable upon completion of the session. This can be done either by cash / cheque and or credit card using the secure online payment gateway of PayPal . Payment on line is to be completed at the end of the session after which receipts are issued. • If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24-hours' notice, a cancellation fee may have to be applied at the discretion of K9Coach. • All group training classes are to be booked in advance. Please note that we can only hold bookings as guaranteed upon receipt of payment and/or credit card guarantee. Any bookings not secured by payment are considered tentative, unless any other form of confirmation has been received. • All group training is to be fully prepaid at the commencement of the 1 st training session. • Should you miss a group session, it is at the sole discretion of K9Coach to make arrangements for a knowledge update. Clients are requested to make a firm commitment in attending the group sessions as no refunds apply. • All handlers are fully liable for their dogs at all times during sessions. • All dogs attending group training sessions are required to have current and up to date immunisation, proof of which is required at the time of registration. Puppies therefore need at least the 1 st injection, and for adult dogs need a current C5 certificate. • 'Choker' or chain collars are not allowed during sessions with K9Coach • Appropriate leash is recommended, eg for a puppy class a simple soft leash is required. Chain leashes and/or extendable leashes are not permitted for puppies and are not recommended for adult dogs. Your trainer may recommend alternative equipment. • All fees are current at the time of publication and include GST, but they are subject to change without notice. • Any notes supplied remain copyright protect to K9Coach. Written notes are not normally supplied at most one-on-one sessions, as they are individually tailored to each person and their dog's needs. It is therefore recommended that clients take notes during the coaching session. • All our policies and procedures are transparent and are available for review from the office. As part of our continuous improvement strategy, we welcome feedback from all our customers and potential customers.
