We charge by the session and the cost depends on day of the week and may include some travel expense depending on distance. However, you can be sure it will be money well spent for the 1½ to 2 hour session. To find out more about the type of cases we handle, please review some of the attached online testimonials. Puppy Coach' offers the next best thing to an actual puppy class - we come to your home and present an inhome puppy training session. This includes toileting, sleeping and feeding arrangements, how to get the best out of your puppy and we will also show you how to teach your puppy to sit, walk to heel, come-command, drop-command and stay-command. You will need ONE two-hour session, with costs depending on the day of the week and distance we need to travel. Regretfully an inhome session will not teach your puppy how to interact with other pups and dogs and you should attend a puppy socialisation class with the new four-legged family member. So many dogs are disposed of because of their lack of social skills, something they learn at group puppy classes. Please see our enquiry page or call us for more details. PUPPY TRAINING CLASSES: The most important learning time for your canine is between 8 and 16 weeks of age - and after hosting many puppy classes, it's the time in the puppy's life where they are most receptive to being trained. In this 4 (four)-week course, of one hour a week the Puppy Coach' will show you how to train your puppy. It includes husbandry issues [maintenance, health, toileting etc] and above all there's lots of socialisation exercises. Our very simple methods will coach all puppies out of their shells [even those who are really shy ], and the boisterous puppies will learn consideration towards others. A fun-course, and lots of learning and play. Costs are dependent on location and day of the week. For more info, please see our group training tab. JUVENILE SOCIAL OBEDIENCE CLASSES: Have you had that cute little cuddly a few months now and it is showing signs of becoming a bit of a monster? Finally a class for our juvenile young dog to learn some obedience, expand social skills, or to catch up on the puppy class that was missed. Attendance is open to dogs between 18 weeks to 12 months old. Others, especially those living away from the larger cities may find this harder. The OnLine Clinic Service' has been designed to support people in remote regions who have limited access to affordable assistance because of distance and other reasons. K9Coach dog training coaches members of the family on how to train the doggy so as to eliminate the dog's behavioural problems. This is done in your home in a relaxed, natural and realistic environment. We will identify why your doggie is behaving as they are and we will evaluate the challenges and problems. We tailor a dog training program to suit the needs of the family including the dog - and complete the coaching to get on top of things. If we need several sessions, they would be at least a fortnight apart giving you as much time as necessary to implement the plans and action required.
